The room was recently renovated and large, had extremely comfy beds and magnificent views. Excellant and stunning location very close to Souvenir shopping. Also it was close to an oceanarium and restaurants.

Stunningly beautiful and beautiful hotel, pleasant staff, liked great location just next door to restaurants, Gatlinburg, the river. We had complimentary, complimentary breakfast with a meat and gravy-yum, for example.

We had 2 nights in Gatlinburg, spend our time here amazingly. Thoroughly enjoyed central heating, a work desk and an electronic key card in the room. The restaurant was located within 800 feet.

free wi-fi was working perfectly. executive queen room had all necessary amenities. i tried some nice meals at no way jose's, located short walk from the hotel.
